Shipping Policy
Every order is made to order through our print-on-demand partner. That means nothing sits in a warehouse collecting dust — it gets made when you buy it. Here’s what to expect.

01 — How It Works

Made fresh, then shipped
We use a print-on-demand model, meaning your order is printed and fulfilled specifically for you after you place it. This keeps things sustainable and ensures you’re not getting dead-stock merch that’s been sitting in a box since 2019.

Every order goes through two phases before it reaches you: production and shipping. Both are outlined below.

02 — Shipping Times by Country

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. Estimated transit times below are from the date of shipment — not from the date you place your order. Add 1–3 business days for processing.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to carrier volume, customs processing, or events outside our control. We appreciate your patience — good things take time, and so does international shipping.

03 — Shipping Costs

Shipping is always paid
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll see the exact amount before you confirm your order — no surprise fees.

04 — Good to Know

The fine print (we kept it short)
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because orders go into production quickly, changes and cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing your order. Reach out to us immediately if you need to make a change.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

What about customs and import duties for international orders?

Orders shipped to Canada and Australia may be subject to customs fees or import duties once they arrive in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

What if my order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up?

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us and we’ll make it right. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.

Do you ship to countries not listed above?

Not at the moment. We’re currently only shipping to the US, Canada, and Australia. We may expand in the future — stay tuned.
